we took it up to Bloom Lake

2000 was a busy year for us. Carol and I got married! We took the whole family on a cruise,
and a trip to Vermont to visit Carol's parents. WOW!
We bought another paddle boat as a wedding gift to ourselves! They're tons of fun and they're always in use. |

Even the storms at Sapphire are pretty. This was a fast moving storm right at sunset.
They will sneak up on you if you don't pay attention! The summer seemed to slip past, The warm summer nights fade to cool Fall days, then to the icy grip of winter. As we drain the water from the plumbing and turn off the lights one last time, we can't wait for the spring thaw, and another fun year at Lake Sapphire! |
